Ultrasonic characterization of some Oxide Glasses at different temperatures.
(During Ph.D. Programme at Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science, Kolkata [1994 to 1999])

To increase the speed of the ULSI (ultra large scale integrated) circuit, the replacement of aluminum by copper as interconnect material is a challenging study. Most popular technique of copper deposition is electroplating.
(During postdoctoral work in the Department of Metallurgical Engineering, Inha University, Inchon, Korea. [2000 to 2001])

At present characterize re-crystallization mechanism of a glass system using Differential Thermal Analysis (DTA), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), tunneling electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction spectroscopy (XRD), optical absorption spectroscopy and Electrical conductivity measurements
(Under UGC Minor Research Project).
